Kernel Panic on Dell Latitude with Kernel version 5.4.20-1-lts

Archlinux on my DELL Latitude 7480 freezes randomly. Sometimes a few minutes after boot and sometimes it takes longer.

~> cat /proc/version
Linux version 5.4.20-1-lts (linux-lts@archlinux) (gcc version 9.2.1 20200130 (Arch Linux 9.2.1+20200130-2)) #1 SMP Sat, 15 Feb 2020 00:19:19 +0000

dmesg returns

Re: Kernel Panic on Dell Latitude with Kernel version 5.4.20-1-lts

There have been a lot of patches to fix this on the main kernel, afaik these haven't yet been backported to LTS

You're likely better off on linux for now in regards to the i915 bug fixes.
