Can't connect to 5GHz 802.11AC network

Hi. I'm using KDE Plasma as my desktop environment on my Arch Linux. My wireless lancard supports 802.11AC, 5GHz networks and I can use 802.11AC wifi on windows with same lancard. But, on Arch Linux plasma-nm doesn't scan any 5GHz networks. Is there any dependency to use 5GHz or 802.11AC network? I don't think it's driver problem because I could scan 5GHz network what i'd want to connect using aircrack-ng

You cannot connect to 5GHz 802.11ac because this wifi adapter does not support ac. The amazon description and your claim it uses ac under Windows is wrong. Look at the picture of the box, it says a/b/g/n.

Why you cannot connect to a 5GHz network is a different story.

First of all my lancard's box has picture with abgn but I could know it supports ac because description behind box says

Panda Wireless N600 Dual Band Wireless N USB adapter with dual 5dBi antennas is compatible with all the 802.11 ac/b/g/n networks...

Second I have installed openwrt to my router and set 5GHz network to use ac. Windows can connect to ac network with same lancard but my Arch Linux can't.

What is the VID:PID of the device?  How are you trying to connect?  What output is produced?
