Gnome 3.36 Xorg HIDPI - On Restart Shell fonts & wm don't scale.

Hi All,
This is a little bit weird. I can log into gnome without problem, but since one of my favorite extension is not working in 3.36 ( what a news! ) I am helping the developer to troubleshoot it.
For this purpose, I need to constantly restart the shell to see the changes I made on the extension.
After Alt+f2 => r, all the windows are not scaling correctly, fonts are getting bigger and windows smaller. Plus, it look like that gnome-tweak preferences are overwritten by the default values, and the GTK theme turns back to the default one (adwaita).
Anybody is facing the same issue?

Additional Info:

gnome-shell: GNOME Shell 3.36.0
display resolution: 3200 x 1800 (HIDPI)
scale factor : 200% (on Display Settings)
scale factor: 1 (on gnome-tweak)

Thanks in advance!

Same issue here!

Also, in my case, there is no way to get back to custom theme without logout and login. (even selecting adwaita dark not working)

I moved my custom theme(Yaru-Dark) to /usr/share/themes/ and got the same behavior.

Regards.
