[SOLVED]Kde plasma - Monochromatic icons

Hi guys, the kde launcher icons are monochrome.
Same behavior for the icons (shutdown, restart, logout) when I press ctrl + alt + canc.
I tried reinstalling the icon theme and updating the cache but it doesn't work.
help me

It's quite unclear which icons you are talking about nor which icon theme you expect to see, maybe post a link to a screenshot. The general Plasma default - if you are actually talking  about the shell - and definitely Breeze, will indeed be monochrome, but that's entirely expected.

I'm using papirus icon theme and global theme is arc dark

I found the solution.
there was a wrong setting in plasma style.
mark as solved
