Secure boot dual booting arch + win 10

After having my dual boot setup up and running using Arch and Win10, I am looking back at Secure Setup and trying to have it back up.

Some info first, I use ReFind as my bootloader, and its working perfectly right now. Reading through the wiki for it I followed the instructions there to get both PreLoader. efi and Hashtool, and run Hashtool to enroll the needed efis.

Problem is, after reenabling secure boot in my BIOS and rebooting, my system boots straight to Windows. No sign of ReFind. Disabling Secure boot brings back refind and I can boot into arch like usual.

What am I missing?

In what way and how any of this works is heavily dependent on your UEFI implementation (mainboard vendor and UEFI versions and the like), what is it? Most will at the very least need you to specify via their own menus which binaries and keys to trust.
