I have followed recommendations for Arch installation on a Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 (7390)

During installation and with 5.5.6 kernel, wifi is working fine.
After installation and upon boot on current 5.5.9 kernel and despite what the Wiki page mentions, WiFi and Bluetooth are not working. (I've followed up on the page discussion section about this)
A little digging about this brought me to this page which seems to mention a kernel regression :

I tried to downgrade to 5.5.6 kernel but it didn't work.
I am not familiar with kernel patching under Arch.
What would you suggest?
