[SOLVED] Headset is not detected through bluetooth

Hi! I cannot pair my headset to my thinkpad t420s:

- I've installed `pulseaudio`, `pulseaudio-alsa`, `pulseaudio-bluetooth` and `bluez`, `bluez-utils` `bluez-tools`
- I've checked that `btusb` is loaded and bluetooth is not rfkilled
- I've started/enabled `bluetooth.service` (checked with `systemctl status bluetooth.service`)
- I've added my user to group `lp`

When I enter `bluetoothctl` and have `power on`, `agent on`, `default-agent`, and `scan on`, my headphones (Sony WH-1000XM3) are on and not paired to any other device do not show up. On my other thinkpad t470s it does and works nicely.

At some point I got the following warning message from `systemctl status bluetooth.service`:

RFCOMM server failed for Headset Voice Gateway: rfcomm bind: Address already in use (98)

Any ideas how to get my headphones to connect?

I'm stupid, I didn't realize the headset was not in pairing mode when it's just on. I had to press the power button for ~7 seconds.
