NO 4K@60 with Intel HD Graphics 4400 (DisplayPort) to QE55Q70R (HDMI)

The issue is on Arch only. Windows 10 Pro x64 works OK.
The computer is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 tiny.
You can find my HW specs on my other topic.

In Windows I get 4K@60fps using suggestion from user "Mal" on Amazon:

1) The laptop must have a version of the Intel drivers that allow you to create a custom resolution of 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz, you must use CVT-RB timing.

In Arch I followed the wiki as https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Xr … esolutions with:

$ cvt -r 3840 2160
# 3840x2160 59.97 Hz (CVT 8.29M9-R) hsync: 133.25 kHz; pclk: 533.00 MHz
Modeline "3840x2160R"  533.00  3840 3888 3920 4000  2160 2163 2168 2222 +hsync -vsync

But when I set the above Modeline with Xrandrx I end up on getting only a black output on my TV... Then I am forced to reboot.

Cable and adapter all both tested and good.
On my Samsung TV the input HDMI port is set to Signal Plus which gets me the capability of having 4K@60 (on the same port I tested working both my main desktop with ArchLinux and nVIDIA and the MT73 tiny on Windows 10 Po x64).

Here's two screenshots taken in Windows.
