I like to try cuda in wine but i only get it working on 32-bit applications in wine-staging. The WINEARCH is 64-bit at default.

I have same problem too on wine-staging 6.21-1. (1050ti) the problem is in wine itself. Lutris wine binary lutris-ge-lol-6.16-3 has working CUDA, at least in PTGui x64.
