HP ProBook 640 G1 with dock station - external microphone issue

Hello everyone!

I do not know how to fix my problem with the new headset-microphone. A few days ago I bought this set:
https://www.savio.net.pl/en/product/gam … io-strike/ it has 2 jack 3.5mm pins.
It works fine on my PC with Windows8. I also tested it with Ubuntu Live CD on PC - everything was fine. It also works on my Thinkpad T480 (Win10) connected by 2-1 3.5mm jack adapter.

On daily basis I use HP ProBook 640 G1 with docking station as below:

When I connect the microphone and headset to dock station only headset works fine (I can listen to the music etc.). But microphone does not grab sound properly, only annoing noise.
When I run sound recording only headset output is recorded, not my speech. This strange 'loopback' is present even if loopback option is disabled in alsamixer.
To make things clearer: when I volume up my spotify client, microphone indicates louder input (visible in pavucontrol)

I tried different solutions but none of them worked.
In pavucontrol I have Analog Stereo Duplex option enabled, nothing is muted.
Pavucontrol also indicates plugging / unplugging my device correctly.
Internal microphone and speakers works fine.
