GUI Format Storage for XFCE4?

Is there a GUI Version of Format Storage for XFCE4 Users; to make life easier?

Similar to Windows Format Storage.

gnome-disk-utility is able to format usb drives without asking for root permissions. You might be able to create a menu item in your filemanager to open its format dialog:

gnome-disks --block-device DEVICE --format-device --xid PARENT_WINDOW_ID
