Audio sometimes stops working and then system freezes

I have Dell G3, the only way I have got my speakers and mic to work is by using the new sof driver. Following this I got my speakers working but not mic, that's why I am using the sof driver. My problem is that my audio seems to just stop working after a while, and sometimes, my system freezes. It most frequently happens after closing a video call(like hangouts) or Minecraft. This is with speakers connected via the audio jack. Restarting pulseaudio doesn't fix it, and after closing Minecraft, restarting pulseaudio freezes my computer instantly, which forces me to reboot by holding power button. Sometimes, after the reboot, my audio still doesn't work and I have to reboot again. alsactl restore only restores audio to my computer speakers, but not external speakers.

Try to dump dmesg/journal when this happens (and before halting the system w/ a pulseaudio re-start)

This is probably a stupid question, but how do I get the dmesg/journalctl output to you. They are extremely long and I have the output stored in two text files. Should I use the commands with grep for something?

Upload the textfiles somewhere, or paste them directly into the post wrapped in [ code ] [ /code ] tags without the spaces. Please post the complete and unfiltered logs.

Here is the dmesg and here is the journal. I am not sure, but recently, its been happening a lot less frequently. My system doesn't seem to freeze and the audio keeps working, but on the next reboot, my system freezes and the audio isn't working.

Actually, I have a much bigger problem. After the latest update to the kernel, my audio is completely broken. Should I start a new issue?

EDIT: Downgrading kernel did not fix it
EDIT 2: Somehow, the audio is still playing through my laptop speakers(not my separate speakers attached by audio jack), even though I can't adjust volume through alsamixer or GUI. So is this a problem with only pulseaudio?

There's an impressive amount of sof-audio-pci errors in that journal (pumping it up to a likewise impressive 70MB)

After a kernel update(5.6.3-arch1-1), I can use my audio again, but the problem from before is persistent. Audio still crashes my system sometimes.

I am still having issues with my system freezing after closing apps. I was able to consistently play music throughout the night(calm music that helps me sleep) without any issues. I still seem to mostly have issues when closing Minecraft of calls. Also, having multiple audio sources(e.g. minecraft and skype call) at the same time seems to increase the probability of a freeze. Sometimes my audio stops working without freezing, but nothing interesting appears in journal or dmesg output, and in that situation, the only thing that freezes my system in restarting pulseaudio.
