Fresh install: Long boot time and xwayland using 100% CPU

Hello,

I have made a fresh Arch install with gnome on my laptop.
My issue is that the boot process until I reach the desktop takes very long. (Over 1 minute)

The cpu usage goes up when I reach gdm, too.
"top" says me that xwayland has 100% cpu usage.
It goes down after a while.

But it is weird, that this not the case everytime.
So I have made a small test:

Laptop on battery (charger not plugged in):
Turning laptop completely off and then on, xwayland is not using 100% cpu (but booting still takes much time)
Rebooting laptop and xwayland is using 100% cpu.

Laptop charger plugged in:
In both cases (laptop on battery or charger plugged in) xwayland uses 100% cpu.

systemd-analzye gives me 16 seconds, but when I measure it myself (from pressing the power button) it takes 1 minute and 30 seconds until I reach the desktop.

Thank you for your help.

Edit:
I have a nvme ssd.

Uncommenting the line WaylandEnable=false in /etc/gdm/custom.conf didnt help.

Booting to tty with gdm disabled, takes only 16  seconds. (5s grub)
When I start gdm manually with

systemctl start gdm

, it takes 24 seconds to see the login screen and after I have entered my password, it takes 1 minute and 27 seconds until I am on the desktop. (after entering the password, xwayland starts to use 100%cpu again)
