Russian does not work in proton.

Hi all, I have problems with the Russian language in ProtonGE, I can not enter Russian characters in games. Function buttons (shift and others) work, and also, if you enter Russian letters somewhere, copy and paste them, they are inserted and sent. Based:
1) Russian text is inserted, but not entered in any application inside Proton.
2) The Russian text constantly bugs in the console in the form of "bash: $ '\ 321 \ 204 \ 320pacman': command not found", although I entered only "pacman".
3) Ported to Linux games like CS GO also do not support Russian input
4) Any distributions, including one based on arch, support typing in Russian letters, and there I had no problems with proton.
I conclude that this is where I screwed up. Please help, I'm tired of writing transliteration.

Re: Russian does not work in proton.

Have you installed the relevant fonts with Russian characters? This seems typical of this behaviour. Also, what keyboard layout do you have?

Re: Russian does not work in proton.

As it turned out, all the problems from KDE, when I changed the shell to any other, all the problems instantly disappeared.
