Nothing sticks out as wrong here, other than quite high index numbers on the inputs, do they increase on their own? Which kernel are you on? There have been some HDA/HDMI fixes in 5.6.3 so you might want to grab that from testing or wait a day or so for it to get to stable.

Hey V1del, thanks for your response. You see a lot of inputs because I was running SoundCloud on FIreFox, VLC and aplay (inside a bash while loop) all in looping for testing. As you can see in the alsa report @ $ alsa-info.sh >>> click me I'm on "Kernel release: 5.6.2-arch1-2".
Edit: neither working still testing kernel

Edit: un-plug / re-plug the DisplayPort/HDMI adapter from / into computer (while keeping connected HDMI into TV input port) made the sound works... Any explanation about that?

But aplay "works"? Or are the quotation marks to indicate that it seems to play but doesn't produce audio?
If that is the case then it's likely to be an issue of your cable/adapter or other config unrelated to audio directly, what's your
xrandr -q --verbose
maybe try
xrandr --output $outputidentifier$ --set audio on
