Ryzen 5 2500U which has Vega 8 integrated
I will, seemingly randomly, get these graphic glitches in Chromium. Either stripes across the screen of random colors or the page will be divided into "blocks" and those blocks will be in the wrong order.Screenshot of glitch
I tried the infamous "disable hardware acceleration" which didn't fix it.
Went for the classic
$pacman -Syuwhich included updates to chromium and electron. Rebooted, still having the problems.
My thoughts are:
- Maybe it has to do with wayland / sway? It seems to temporally be fixed when I switch the workspace.
- Maybe I should downgrade my driver? But I feel like even if this worked it's not a real fix, just a band-aid.
