Not work CTRL in photoshop wine.

I don’t know what information to send to all of you to help me because im newbie. So I’ll only say:
Versions Wine 5.5 stading 32bit prefix and 64bit. Arch last update. desktop environment Xfce4.  Version Photoshop CS6 extended 13 installed in PlayOnLinux and CC17 on second wine prefix 64bit but not installed in PlayOnLinux.
Speaking in more detail, alt and ctrl do not work during combinations, including ctrl + with ctrl + V ctrl + a, without which it becomes much more difficult to use photoshop, only this stops me from deleting windows, since all the rest is software works more than fine.
And it surprises me precisely that it doesn’t work only in Photoshop, since in the "office Word", "warframe", everything works more than wonderful.
The problem is independent of the shells, the problem was on:
Liri, Xfce4, KDE, Gnome, Cinnamon
