Using both Nextcloud and Transmission

Hi,

I wish to use Nextcloud as front-end for m'y seedbox, to share files with others in this lockdown time.

My idea was to put both watched dir and download dir in the main Nextcloud user files. I created a "seedbox" group with both http and transmission users, and make the folders owned by http:seedbox and 774 permissions.

It seems to work well for the http user, but transmission return "permission denied" error for the watch dir, and can't see the data in the download dir. So it don't work.

Any idea on how to set permissions do achieve this configuration ?

Thanks.

You probably want to update your thread title to accurately reflect what it is you are trying to do. Currently, it makes no sense.
