System semi-froze after resume

Hello everyone. This is the second time that happens to me.

I open the lid of my laptop, I start to use it and after 30 secs - 1 min, the internet stops working. Then I try to open a new terminal and it doesn't give me the option to input something, like if is stuck running something.

The weird thing is that it let me took a screenshot of the system. I also tried a different TTY (ctrl + alt + F5) and after inputting my credentials it was stuck.
