Gnome Web Browser alias Epiphany:
The up and down arrows don't know the changes, which the touchpad has done.
When I scroll down a website with the touchpad and I want to coninue scrolling with the down-arrow key the website jumps to the top again.
The arrow-keys are not aware of what the touchpad does.
I have never noticed such a behavior in other browsers or in earlier version of this browser.
I don't know whether this is an error of arch linux or a regression of the Web-Browser.
Does anybody else use this browser and see also this behavior?

Perhaps libhandy is the culprit

I also posted it on the gnome/web bug report:

It turned out that the bug only occurs with smooth-scrolling enabled.

The bug was because the package gst-plugins-gtk was missing.
Installing this package solves this bug.
