flameshot tray icon is invisible in Awesome WM using qt5ct

Hello,

I am using Arch + Awesome WM and I set variable in ~/.bashrc this

export QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME="qt5ct"

Now, if I open flameshot, the systemtray icon is invisible. What I get if I open it in terminal

[user@hostname ~]$ flameshot &
[1] 3448
[user@hostname ~]$ qt5ct: using qt5ct plugin
qt5ct: D-Bus system tray: no
qt5ct: custom style sheet is disabled

I have googled about it. Although I found some related posts, I still can't figure out what is the problem.

Please help, if you can.
