Libinput Touchpad not workin' in GDM

Hi,
Today my touchpad happens to not work and I am not sure what happened .. It is an Elan touchpad and I have been using libinput for it ..
Its working fine after I login to gnome but before it doesnt work at all so I can't switch back to awesome wm which is what i run 90percent of the times..

Hi. if you could give as much detail as possible then that would help a lot for working out what the problem is. I would recommend trying to reinstall the touchpad drivers with the GUI disabled, then if that doesn't help, try reinstalling the GUI. If it still doesn't work, feel free to come back and ask for more help - Maybe with the model of the computer or other relevant information
