KDE Plasma - can't install global themes, styles, icons etc.

I have this weird error, when i'm trying to install themes, styles, icons, cursors etc from KDE store trought system settings, it stucks here. Internet connection is on, i'm able to download things from browser and terminal, any ideas? It's fresh install arch, kernel 5, kde 5.

btw, settings crashed several times but there is no specified errors.

Don't post screenshots of output/errors, post the actual output enclosed in code tags.

If you're having issues with settings crashing, try creating a dummy new user account and see if it's stable for that account. If so, there's something in your current settings that's causing it.
