VFIO Microphone passthrough?

I haven't seem to been able to find anything on the internet on how to do this. I've been able to get regular audio to pass through looking-glass using Scream just fine, but I want to pass through microphone as well so I can use voice chat in online games on my GPU pass-through VM.

I don't know, does Scream have mic pass-through capability? Can someone point me in the right direction?
