Microphone doesn't work (correctly) after starting Audacity

When I use my microphone it other applications it works, but after I start Audacity the sound from my microphone becomes very distorted. And it stays like that, even after I close Audacity and try to restart PulseAudio. The input only gets normal again, after I restart my PC.

Here is the output of pactl list sources, but it is the same before and after I start Audacity.

When recording:

I already tried to change the settings in Audacity to match my microphone input (44100Hz 16 Bit) but it doesn't help. After a few days of frustration, I tried to use Audacity in Windows and it worked. I also tried using Audacity in Manjaro, but it didn't work there either. I had never had problems with Arch and Audacity on other systems. So I hope it is right to post my problem here and not on some Audacity Forum, if I am wrong, please correct me.
