I moved (actually trying to move) from Arch based distribution to Arch.
There was default system shortcut - left super key to whisker menu open. I changed xfce windows manager tweaks to use super instead alt to change windows sizes.
In the system I used it was ok.
I could press and release super key and whisker menu popped up.
Or press and hold whisker super key ant with right mouse button I could change widnows size.
I thought that it is as easy as configure shortcut in keybord shortucts xfce4-popup-whiskermenu but it's not.
With xfce4-popup-whiskermenu bonded to super key I can open whisker menu but I can't resize windows because whisker menu pops up immediately after key press.
I check my previous system live boot and there is no shortcut for super key
I believe that it can be connected to xmodmap or/and xcape but I don't know how to figure it out.

It seems that it was xcape.
I found the 'tutorial' with solution like that:
Bind Alt+F1 keys to xfce4-popup-whiskermenu and run command xcape -e 'Super_L=Alt_L|F1'
Works flawlessly but I don't know how to make it permanent. Do I need to create a systemd service or there could be something simpler?

In XFCE's settings tool, go into the "Session and Startup" section, then select the "Application Autostart" tab. You will have an "Add" button at the bottom of the list to add your own autostart entry for xcape.
