Wacom tablet not detected

I've installed all the required packages (libwacom, xf86-wacom-input, input-wacom-dkms, and even kcm-wacomtablet) and my Wacome One still doesn't want to work.
when I put in dmesg | -i wacom, it shows up, but can't work?

Does xsetwacom list devices give you any output? Also what's your kernel? Are you connecting via bluetooth or USB?
I find kcm-wacomtablet doesn't work for me in KDE. Does it show anything for you in KDE settings?
