KDE Plasma - Get New Global Themes - Download/Install theme error

Hey guys,

I tried looking into this issue but have been struggling to find an answer. I recently finished my first Arch install and wanted to try KDE Plasma.
For some reason I get this error whenever I attempt to install a theme through the "Get New Global Themes" page of system settings

 An error occurred during the installation process:
The installation failed with code 4 while attempting to run the command:
kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/LookAndFeel -i /tmp/01-com.github.vinceliuice.ChromeOS-dark.tar.xz

The returned output was:
Error: Installation of /tmp/01-com.github.vinceliuice.ChromeOS-dark.tar.xz failed: Could not install dependency: 'kns://colorschemes.knsrc/api.kde-look.org/1354044' 

This error will occur regardless of theme, just the "Plasma/Look..." will change depending on what download was attempted.

It's best to see if there are AUR packages for the themes and use them first so pacman can update them accordingly with the system.
This is a good place to start in KDE.
Regarding the issue, it looks like dependency issue. Do you have plasma-desktop or plasma-workspace installed? I believe, but not sure, one of them is needed.
