Tearing in screen recording of wf-recorder

As the others, I am preparing to do
my presentation videos at my work during covid19 epidemic.

I use Arch+sway. Use wf-recorder for screen recording. I do my video with a simple command of

 $ wf-recorder -a

Recorded video has a lot of screen tearing while actual screen is clean and smooth.

I think I will need to set video resolution or buffer frames, I don't know.

There is a -bframes option of wf-recorder. But I don't know if it is concerned with tearing and how to set it.

Please help if you have any advice.
