Hello,
My mother has asked to scan her windows computer for viruses and I decided to do so from a linux pendrive I have. So, I installed Clamav, which found 2 infected files (I checked for false positive already). My question is: if I create a directory from my linux usb on the windows partion and edit it's permission to do not execute the files, is it gonna work?

I doubt this is an ArchLinux question, so it may end up being removed here promptly.
Yes: you can create folders on a mounted partition. Yes: you can change Linux permissions on files within that folder. But no, that's not going to fix your Mom's virus infected Windows machine, assuming that is what you're actually trying to do. Instead, mount the drive and backup all data files (hopefully those aren't infected) and then reformat/rebuild that Windows machine.
