So when I initially put in my SD Card, it works fine,
but when I take it out and then put it back in after adding some files,
I'm unable to re-mount the card.
I get
ls: reading directory '.': Input/output error
I did mount -o rw /dev/sda1 /var/run/media/user/cardname
and it's not working, neither through Dolphin by clicking the card name on the left side.
also if I insert a different SD card, it re-mounts it with the same name as the first card, but still doesn't work, and lsblk detects it as the same size as the first card, but it's a different size card.
I tried a USB card reader and it's working fine. Popping it in and out creates and removes the Dolphin entry on the left.
But the laptop USB reader does not remove the entry on the left in Dolphin.. even though lsblk doesn't show it any more, it gets dismounted, but dolphin continues showing it.
seems like some kind of caching problem, because lsblk doesn't show it once it's taken out, but Dolphin keeps showing it, and inserting a new card shows the old card's label and size.
Any ideas what I can try? Thanks.
