Internal Mic is not working on Arch Linux

Hi everyone,
My internal mic is not working, i read many guidelines and searched for many days  but I haven't get it worked yet. It can confirm my mic device works fine because it works perfectly on Windows which I also installed on my laptop as dual boot.

My laptop's model is Acer Swift 3.
I one installed Ubuntu on my laptop and it also didn't work too, is there any change that my sound device didn't work with linux ?

Thanks for your time, any help is appreciated.

Here is the log from commands

Re: Internal Mic is not working on Arch Linux

Which Swift 3 are you using? I have both 8265u one and 4700u one, and the in former machine it works fine, but in the latter machine it doesn't (I just installed that yesterday). I would guess that you have the 4700u one, and lspci gives me

0b:00.4 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Family 17h (Models 10h-1fh)

while in my other 3700X it shows

0b:00.4 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] Starship/Matisse HD Audio Controller

I guess that just wait for kernel 5.7~5.8.

Re: Internal Mic is not working on Arch Linux

I have also been having the same issue, i've been trying to get around it by lowering one of the audio channels although the quality is quite terrible compared to on Windows.

EDIT:

My laptop uses the same audio device as the OP's
