I just installed arch for the first time on this machine. Everything went smoothly during the install, but to my dismay the mouse cursor jumps around and randomly clicks without me touching anything. This has made the system nearly unusable. Google searches have not provided a solution.
Solutions I have tried that failed:
-disabling touchpad
-cursor jump solutions described here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/To … ursor_jump
