Is there a Bitcoin AUR package that builds from source?

I need to run a modified version of Bitcoin in a Docker container. Then I plan to run a simple topology of such containers on Kubernetes. (If you think I actually don't need to please let me know)

What I'm looking for is a PKGBUILD that builds a bitcoin full node. Apparently, there is a relatively popular PKGBUILD in bitcoin-core. The only problem for me is that this actually does not build from source. It just pulls the pre-built packages from the official bitcoin repository.

Do you know of any efforts towards building a PKGBUILD that really builds from source?

The package you have linked is building from sources.

Sometimes I seem a bit harsh — don’t get offended too easily!
