I've been trying to get my bluetooth headset to pair with my laptop, but somehow the pairing doesn't seem to work.
I installed the necessary packages for PulseAudio and Bluetooth according to the wiki pages: pulseaudio, pulseaudio-alsa, pulseaudio-bluetooth, bluez, and bluez-utils. I also installed plasma-pa and bluedevil, since I am running KDE.
Audio on a wired headset and through the speakers works without a problem, as does pairing and connecting a smartphone.
However, when I try to pair the headset, I get the following in bluetoothctl:

Failed to pair: org.bluez.Error.AuthenticationTimeoutI tried restarting bluetoothd in debug mode as mentioned in https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Bl … #Debugging, and tried to pair again through Bluedevil.
I recorded the output, which you can see at https://pastebin.com/feniPtrT. I don't know if this is helpful, but I added comments at approximately the times I clicked to add a new device (starting scanning), starting the pairing process and closing the pairing window.
