Arch freezing random, seemingly when downloading games

So I had this happen yesterday when downloading a Steam game, today when downloading Overwatch through Lutris.
System slowly locks up, as in first steam became unresponsive, then the rest. Tty2 gave only a blinking cursor. Managed to do a REISUB restart today after enabling that. The first crash was on the Linux kernel, today Linux-lts so it's not that.

I'm looking through the logs but can't tell what would be the culprit. The system was running a couple of hours so journalctl was too long to post to pastebin, so I pasted the last hour or so. Hope someone can help me with this.

I have the same issue -- it is when steam is downloading stuff. System slows to a crawl, though I can't pin it to anything like CPU usage, memory usage, etc. Could be an IO thing.
