MATE DE doesn't display some icons in the menu

I have just installed archlinux with MATE desktop environment on my laptop. However, some icons like "google-chrome", "Firefox" and "About MATE" are not shown in the menu.

I have checked the files in /usr/share/icons/hicolors directory. The png files are in the sub-directories. I wonder how to make MATE display the icons correctly.
