Can't boot into Arch Linux, Initramfs unpacking failed

I have Arch Linux dual-booted with Windows 10 and when I tried selecting Arch Linux from the Grub menu I get this message:

[ 0.501474] Initramfs unpacking failed: read error
ERROR: Bai5ling out Run 'fsck /dev/sda5' manually
*********** FILESYSTEM CHECK FAILED ************

Please run fsck manually. After leaving
this maintenance shell, the system will
   reboot automatically.

************************************************
sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
[rootfs ]#

I'm not able to type anything, and my keyboard and mouse appears to have shut off here. Luckily I'm still able to boot into Windows 10.

When I go back into the Grub menu and select Arch Linux fallback initramfs it just gets stuck on this message:

Loading Linux linux ...
Loading initial ramdisk ...
