Arch Bluetooth Issues

Hi guys, I'm really struggling with the issue with the  bluetooth device.
when I disconnect ( by turning off the connected bluetooth device ) and  connect again  It ( bluetooth speaker ) , loses all sound immediately.

Even without the sound I'm getting audio levels in pavucontrol with the said device,  hell even the audio visualizers are working as if they are somehow receiving sound input.

checking the outputs of

pacmd list-sinks 
pacmd list-sink-inputs

, It appears that sink-inputs are going to correct sink ( the active bluez one with a2dp profile )

temporary workarounds are restarting my bluetooth service or reconnecting to device using blueman/bluetoothctl

I've loaded module-switch-on-connect in my default.pa which imo should be solution for this. So far I've gone through arch wiki and a lot of such forum posts, but couldn't figure it out in slightest and almost close to ripping my hairs over this issue

There is no difference between output of

pacmd list-sinks and pacmd list-sink-inputs

  between two states ( sound and no sound ) excepts the indexes of cards and sinks.
