X1 Carbon (Gen 8) occasionally crashing

I need help troubleshooting occasional crashes on a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 8. By occasional, I mean around once every few days or so. When it happens, the computer is completely unresponsive, and I can no longer ssh into it from another machine either. I regularly do pacman -Syu, and have experienced crashes on multiple kernel versions, as well as the lts version of the kernel.

Specs:
Kernel: 5.6.15-arch1-1
WM: i3
CPU: Intel i7-10610U (8) @ 4.900GHz

After hard rebooting the computer, I've checked journalctl --since=today and see the following around the time it crashed:

Jun 13 10:19:43 vega wpa_supplicant[521]: wlp0s20f3: WPA: Group rekeying completed with 98:1e:19:60:c2:b7 [GTK=CCMP]

Jun 13 11:38:23 vega kernel: sof-audio-pci 0000:00:1f.3: firmware boot complete
-- Reboot --

The crash actually happens around 11:42 I think, as that's what the system clock was frozen on. So it doesn't seem like there's any useful information about the crash here.

Where else can I look to find out why this is happening and fix it?

Not yet I'm afraid. I've been looking for advice on the #archlinux IRC channel though recently. One piece of advice I got was to have journalctl -f running via ssh on another computer in case the logs weren't being flushed to disk in the event of a crash, but unfortunately there were still no logs. I've now been advised to experiment with kernel parameters, or try blacklisting various kernel modules. Also it's been recommended to me to try a liveiso of any non arch distro to see if the crash still happens, and I will probably try that next.

Also I've learned that the crashes are more frequent than I thought, they seem to consistently happen after the computer has been on around 24 hours give or take. The computer is never doing anything cpu intensive when it happens, and the temperature reported by acpi -t is always normal at the time of a crash. Usually the only thing open at the time is chromium and maybe a terminal.
