[SOLVED] Pacman -S archlinux-keyring stuck at looking up ... remotely

Hello I'm having issue trying to update archlinux-keyring package. As suggested in older thread I ran pacman with --debug flag and here's output:

Packages (1) archlinux-keyring-20200603-1

Total Installed Size: 1.23 MiB
Net Upgrade Size: 0.30 MiB

I tried to run tcpdump and there's no activity on network interface whatsoever when it "tries to look up remotely". Of course machine has access to the internet and I can resolve DNS and ping world.
