Bluetooth device is not listed anywhere

I enabled btusb and started bluetooth.service.

It worked under Windows. Someone said, Windows can break my device and I read somewhere that resetting the UEFI fixes that. So I removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes and put it back in. That did not fix the problem. Only Arch Linux is installed on my system, I boot it with GRUB. Windows is not installed. I was not able to find any solution in the wiki or by googling the problem.

My network adapter is a dual band one with Bluetooth and WLAN. WLAN works on it without any problems.
