As title says, tooltips in GTK apps don't have transparency. Image
I installed Arch today, coming from Opensuse Tumbleweed, where the tooltips appeared normally, so I think it's an Arch issue.
Kernel: 5.7.4-1-ck-zen (happens on vanilla kernel as well)
Mesa: 20.1.1-1
Xorg-server: 1.28.8-2
xf86-video-amdgpu: 19.1.0-2
GPU: Amd Vega 8
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3500u
8GB RAM ( 2GB dedicated to the GPU)
Also, logs don't have anything related to this
