Kernel 5.7 does not restore backlight on ATI Radeon card

Today I switched to kernel 5.7 and I noticed that backlight is not restored at startup on my laptop.

I have an old Radeon card with AMDGPU driver.

ls /sys/class/backlight/
amdgpu_bl0

Is this a known bug? Looking at the boot log no errors are shown relating to backlight systemd service. The service shows no errors even when I look at its status. Simply the service is not invoked and the backlight is not restored at the previous state.

Reverting to 5.6 fixes the issue.
