help with moving from windows dual boot to windows VM (virt-manager)

So I've managed to get arch and windows 10 in a dual boot setup with a shared EFI system partition (using grub boot loader) but I want to move to using a VM with the existing windows partition and a common data partition (currently mounted in arch at boot). I'll provide system specs at the bottom of the post but how would I go about making a virtual machine in virt-manager (in the gui as much as possible) with the existing partition, I've tried adding both the windows partition and efi partition to the VM but it doesnt seem to work that way (and I am using ovmf for uefi support). I'm just looking to get the VM booting into windows at the least but at a later date will be doing GPU passthrough. Can anyone give me any advice or point me to a reliable guide for my particular case. Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks
