Weird and annoying popping sounds while listening to media

Hi,

I haven't touched Arch in a while and my audio setup seems to be having problems.
I hear (Crackling / popping) sounds like every second of playback.
The amplitude of the clicking seems to be linked to the amplitude of the media I am listening to.
I'm using the Steinberg UR22 audio interface.
I am strongly positive that this crackling did not happen before.
Last time I was using Arch with this audio interface was in the month of January 2020.
I have since changed pretty much all of my pc.
I don't know much about the problem other than it is not related in any way to Pulseaudio or JACK.
I am currently testing it on only ALSA and the popping still occurs.

I am pretty much on an empty Arch installation.
Here is much of the information I can give y'all:

content of the file /proc/asound/UR22/pcm0p/sub0/hw_params while playback of a song on the spotify webplayer in firefox.

access: MMAP_INTERLEAVED
format: S24_3LE
subformat: STD
channels: 2
rate: 48000 (48000/1)
period_size: 1024
buffer_size: 16384

output of aplay -l

Edit:
I tested on other sound devices and the popping does not occur,
it does not occur on my Windows 10 partition either.
