[SOLVED] kdenlive 20.04.3-1 "Unsupported video codec: libx264"

Latest upgrade caused kdenlive (20.04.2-1 -> 20.04.3-1) not able to render MP4 videos. It gives an error message "Unsupported video codec: libx264".
I found downgrading ffmpeg (2:4.3.1-1 -> 2:4.2.3-2) is a workaround.
Is this a packaging issue maybe? I will file a bug report is you instruct me to do so.

UPDATE: Thank you, so I was just too slow to update. Marked as solved.

Have you tried installing the encoder?

The problem was already fixed. You just haven't updated yet.
