[GNOME 3.36.4] add menu support for applications in system tray

Title explains itself. Tried looking at GNOME in the wiki, but to no avail. I recall doing it on Ubuntu or Manjaro(can't remember), but that was when I was using Brave nightly with sync v2, with my only other device being an iPhone, so I can't get my history back to find out exactly what.

Don't really need to worry about it anymore, going back to Manjaro. Definitely more easy to use(obviously Arch isn't targeted at this), I'll just remove packages I don't need.
