Using Android phone as a webcam

I have to start conducting meetings and stuff from my Arch desktop. But I don't have a webcam for it, nor can I go out to buy one. Is there application I can use so that I can use my android phone as a webcam through USB or WiFi? I don't want to do something nasty which I don't understand which may crash the system since it is the only computer I can depend on for now.
I use Arch with Gnome DE.
