kernel26mm

I am just wandering why the kernel26mm package doesn't get updated.
as of now, 2.6.18-mm3 seems rather interesting.

I understand that there could a be a tendency to push people to the beyond patchset but it could still be good to have a stable mm patchset in extra.

what do you think ?

My guess is that the maintainer (Damir) stopped using it or, more probable, switched to the other kernels because he became too busy to maintain the mm one. I would suggest e-mailing him about it or submitting a bug report. IMO, that package is so old that it should either be upgraded or removed from the repo.

my contacts say that that package has just today been taken over by another developer and you ought to see updates sometime soon.
